At Be Beauteous, we are dedicated to providing exceptional treatments in an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism. To ensure a seamless and relaxing journey for every guest, we kindly ask that you review our guidelines prior to your visit.
Appointments & Booking
To ensure your preferred time and specialist are available, we recommend scheduling your visit in advance through our online booking system, Mangomint. Selecting the correct service helps us prepare for your unique needs; if you're uncertain which treatment is best, please reach out so we can guide you toward the perfect selection.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Your time is valuable, as is our team’s. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within this window, or missed without notice, may incur a 50% service fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, though your treatment may be shortened to protect the experience of our subsequent guests.
Payments & Promotions
Payment is due at the time of service. We are pleased to offer a 'Buy 5, Get 1 Free' package for many of our treatments. Please note that promotional offers and monthly specials cannot be combined with other discounts and may have specific expiration dates.
Refund Policy
At Be Beauteous, we strive for excellence in every touch. While all service and product sales are final, your satisfaction is our priority. Should you have any concerns regarding your visit, please let us know so we can work together on a thoughtful solution.
Skin Health & Client Safety
Your skin’s wellbeing is at the heart of what we do. Please share any allergies or sensitivities with your esthetician. Following our prescribed pre- and post-care instructions is essential for achieving the best results and maintaining comfort. We reserve the right to suggest alternative treatments if a scheduled service is not appropriate for your current skin health.
Minors & Guests
We love welcoming families to Be Beauteous and appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe, peaceful environment for everyone. Due to the presence of sharp tools, professional equipment, and heated devices, children must be able to sit quietly on their own or be accompanied by an adult who can actively supervise them at all times. Out of consideration for the safety of all guests and the relaxing experience others have come to enjoy, we kindly ask that children remain settled and that appointments are free from interruptions. Gift Cards
Be Beauteous gift cards may be redeemed toward eligible services and products. Gift cards must be presented at the time of payment to redeem their value. Please bring your physical gift card or have your digital gift card readily available at checkout. Gift cards are subject to applicable terms and New York State law.
